There are a number of ways to get the event tickets Korea Times presents. This section explains the options that KoreaTimes.com and KoreanMusicFestival.com offer and answers the most common questions about the ticket buying process.

How can I see where I am sitting for an event?
Once you find the event you are looking for, you can see a seat map of the venue by clicking on the seating chart link. During the KoreaTimes.com or KoreanMusicFestival.com purchasing process, you will have the opportunity to see a seat map before making your purchase. If you do not see a link to a seat map, that means we do not have one to show you.
Why can’t I select an individual seat?
Because of the nature of the internet, there are often many people attempting to purchase tickets to the same event. In order to give all customers fair access to all tickets, the venue managers rank each seat in the various price levels and the ticketing system sells the best available ticket for any selected level on a first come-first served basis.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
KoreaTimes.com and KoreanMusicFestival.com apply a system of Internet security technologies to assure that your on-line transactions are safe.
Your information sent through online is all encrypted and we use the latest Internet security technologies that are available today.

Registration with KoreaTimes.com and KoreanMusicFestival.com provide a number of benefits takes just a few minutes and is completely free. We recommend it to everyone - whether you plan on purchasing tickets today, next week or next year.
How to Register
Simply click here to begin the registration process. You'll be asked to choose a user name and password, and enter your contact and account information. Once registered, you won't need to provide this information the next time you purchase tickets.
Privacy
The information you provide in the KoreaTimes.com and KoreanMusicFestival.com Membership Registration form is kept in a secure location, and all credit card numbers are securely encrypted. None of the information will be made available to any other sources except as noted in the KoreaTimes.com and KoreanMusicFestival.com Privacy Statement. We do not sell your membership information to other companies.
Delivery Option

     Tickets purchased through KoreaTimes.com and KoreanMusicFestival.com will NOT be mailed under any
     circumstances. We understand it may be inconvenient to some of you, but it’s part of our effort to keep our
     ticketing system without any service handling fee.
≤ How can I pick up my tickets?
     When you place an order from KoreaTimes.com and KoreanMusicFestival.com, you may choose from three
     pick up locations we provide or Will Call option. Once you choose your ticket pick up location, we’ll send your
     tickets down to the location. Tickets for 2008 concert will be available for pickup from April at our three locations.

     Will Call tickets are available for pick-up at the venue on the day of the show. Please bring your photo ID
     the credit card used to purchase the tickets and your confirmation number for verification.
